Airport Pickup & Departure Transfers (KBP & IEV)
If you desire, our agency will take care of you from the first moments of your visit in Kiev. Our representative will be waiting for you at the airport ready to take you to your apartment. Our drivers use modern, clean, western, fully insured vehicles.
Also note that bookings for 14 nights or more qualify for complimentary Airport pickup (does not apply to arrivals during night hours or departure rides).
Pick up and Drop Off Fees:
Borispol Airport / Zhuliany Airport / Train Station
$35 / $25 / $20
If you order round trip service from us the cost as a package will be $64 round trip if both pickup and departure ride are during day hours (9:00 - 21:00), which is only $32 each way. If the pickup / departure ride occurs outside of these hours there is an additional $5 surcharge per ride. The airport transfer is per car not per person. Please keep in mind the standard pickup cars used are sedans and will comfortable fit a maximum of 4 people with small amount of luggage. Minivan transfers are available for $55 each way and can fit up to 6 people with luggage.
Ordering our Airport transfer is the best way to expedite your check in process, as our driver will take you directly to your reserved accommodation where our manager will check you in. Our drivers already have the address of the apartment that has been reserved for you.
Our driver will continue waiting for you even if your flight has been delayed or your luggage has been misplaced and has caused the customs process to be unusually long.
*** Please also note that a discount in the form of a free airport/train station pickup is available to all clients who book with us for 14 nights or more. Also please note airport / train station pickup between the hours of 21:00 and 9:00 requires a surcharge of $5 per pickup.
VIP Service available in Kiev’s airport will virtually eliminate customs procedure and save your time. You will be picked up by a comfortable mini van as soon as you get off the plane and driven directly to the terminal for baggage pickup. This service will save around 30 minutes to 1.5 hours of time. Excellent for those who are in a rush for a meeting or just to rush through the customs, especially if no luggage was checked in.
