Airport Pickup
If you desire, our agency will take care of you from the first moments of your visit in Kiev. Our representative will be waiting for you at the airport ready to take you to your apartment. Also note that bookings for 14 nights or more qualify for complimentary airport pickup.

Ordering our Airport transfer is the best way to expedite your check in process, as our driver will take you directly to your reserved accommodation where our manager will check you in. Our drivers already have the address of the apartment that has been reserved for you.
Our driver will continue waiting for you even if your flight has been delayed or your luggage has been misplaced and has caused the customs process to be unusually long.
*** Please also note that a discount in the form of a free airport/train station pickup is available to all clients who book with us for 14 nights or more. Also please note airport / train station pickup between the hours of 22:00 and 8:00 requires an additional $7.
VIP Service available in Kiev’s airport will virtually eliminate customs procedure and save your time. You will be picked up by a comfortable mini van as soon as you get off the plane and driven directly to the terminal for baggage pickup. Will save around 45 minutes - 1.5 hours of time. Excellent for those who are in a rush for a meeting or just to rush through the customs, especially if no luggage was checked in.

TICKET PURCHASES ON YOUR BEHALF
It can be daunting for a first time visitor to untangle the web of available Kiev trains, Kiev flights and buses to various destinations in Ukraine or other former Soviet Union Republics. Please allow us to untangle this web of confusion for you. We can purchase any train or Air flight tickets on your behalf for an additional $25. It is normal for internal Air and Train ticket sellers to charge up to 50% less than online retailers, therefore even with our $25 fee your final ticket cost will often be less than an online purchase, and we will do all the work for you!
