trip to Kiev
Hi Alex. Writing you to let you know our long awaited trip to Kiev for euro 2012 was a success! Your company was instrumental in this success. The 3 bedroom on basseyna street that we booked was liked by ALL of my friends, some of which are a bit choosey so I was nervous but the apartment was in the very center, right across Arena, just perfect! All your apartments seem to be in the center I suppose so I recommend them to any tourists. |

re; Kiev apartment
This was my first time staying with kievapts but my 3rd visit to Ukraine. No problems whatsoever, great check in process and great driver Yuriy met me at the airpot. I was already pleasantly surprised that the car used was a brand new Hyndai Jeep instead of the usual old soviet wrecks I see. He helped me with my bags and just a pleasant person all around. The apartment we stayed in was ID 716, great location with great view and that table on the balcony is great for morning cup of coffee and to really feel the kiev city life. Hope to stay with you guys in the future if I ever make a return trip. |

Our family had a pleasure staying at your apartment id 432 on Rogdneinskaya street next to Kiev synagogue. You guys provide wonderful lodgings in Kiev- the apartment was even better than on photos. I also really appreciated Arik giving me suggestions for kiev apartments because there is really so many to choose from that you kind of get lost so it’s always get to get a personal touch. Kiev is a great city and especially on New Years it was a wonderful experience staying there. |

Your apartment worked out great, no glitches at all and the location next to Independence square on Maydan was just incredible. Hi Arik. I just go back last week and meant to shoot you a quick note to let you know how grateful I am with everything you and your team did on my last trip to Kiev. As you probably recall, I do come every 3 months or so and before going with you I was using another apartment agency but I will now be using you all the time. Honestly, please feel free to use this email in your testimonials section and if anyone wants to email me you have my permission togive them my email. Everything from email response time (I had to sometimes wait over 48 hours with the other firm to get an answer) to Zhenya handling any issue so quickly and effectively is perfect. I do not know, perhaps I got lucky this time, but I traveled to lots of places and stayed in Kiev in different apartments probably close to 20 times by now but this was the best service and apartment I have ever received. I will be in touch again around September and thanks again for taking such good care of your customers. |

I am back at Germany, but I want to say thank you for having the possibility to rent 2 apartments from your company. The nine days were really great and the whole service was amazing!! Everything was ok, tyour taxi driver was great, he wait so long at the airport for me, because my baggage came not to Kiev, but he had still a smile on his face and he was so friendly!! Our trip
Dear Arik, We are back now after a long fly but our journey to kiev was great! My friends loved the apartment and I wish we did not have to leave soon :-) Kiev is a nice city and we tried all kinds of beer but also some vodka of course too! Evgeniy gave us very good options for entertainment and glad we listen to him. I will see if we can plan another trip again in the summer and will of course contact you as soon as I know the new dates. Please tell Evgniy i said hello.

Last summer we rented apartment from you in Odessa and were more than satisfied with Julia's services there and evidently your operation in Kiev is not any worse. The trip go a monkey off my back finally, being stuck at the base for 4 months is grueling. I will defintaely be visiting Odessa next July so plan on being there. My husband and I just returned from a trip to see a large part of Ukraine and visit the town his family was from. I wanted to write you and let you know how really pleased we were with all of your services in both apartments in Kiev and Odessa. The reason i say that is because during stay in Lvov we had so many problems in such a short period of time that it really made up appreciate dealing with such an honest and fiar company as yours. I will be recommending your apartment company to everyone I meet and encourage them to visit Kiev and Odessa and Ukraine in general. As for us, Bill already says he wants to go back next spring but I am not sure we are ready for such a long flight anytime soon. Either way, if we ever return you can count on us using your services. |

Purely by accident I found your firm in Kiev while researching the nightlife recommendations Ukraine has. I must admit I was not planning on using kiev apartment service for my stay but the more reading I did the safer I felt going with your firm.
