How Does KievApts.com Price Match guarantee work?

you find a lower price anywhere else on an identical apartment, just show us the lower price on the item and we will match it. We are absolutely confident our prices are the lowest, which is why we offer our price match program. If you are able to show us that you were offered the same apartment at a lowest price after your stay, we'll refund you a full one night of payment - thus giving you one FREE night of stay!
Please keep in mind that many web sites unfortunately use 'bait & switch' techniques, in which they habitually show specific apartments for low prices, but those apartments are never available and are never actually offered to clients. Therefore, we ask that you enter into correspondence with the agency where you think the lower price is listed and first get a confirmation from them that they are in fact in position to offer and reserve the apartment advertised, at the rate shown.
Which apartments does the price match program apply for ?
We apply our price match program to all apartments, however, competitor's web site which have 'sales', 'special offers', 'last minute deals', etc do not qualify for the price match.
Which apartments does the price match program NOT apply for ?

What if after my trip I find that the apartment where I stayed is now listed for a lower price on your web site ?
If you find that the price for the unit at which you stayed has been reduced within 30 days of your trip, we will gladly retro actively refund the difference using the new price.
Are extra charges included in the price match ?
When determining the lowest price, please keep in mind all 'extra' charges such as 'handling fees', 'transaction fees', 'currency adjustment fee's, etc will be factored in for the sake of the price match. Therefore, the final price used in determination is the price including all such fees as listed above.
Will you match another company's price when combined with coupons, special codes or credits?
We of course can not match other agencies price if any combination an additional discount mechanism is being used.
If I found that another agency offered the apartment for cheaper, but I already returned to my home - how will I get my free night stay?
We care tremendously about our reputation so do not worry if you already have returned to your home country - we can offer the free night stay in a form of credit or refund one night deposit back to your credit card.
