Nowadays real estate market is so much unpredictable that 70% of biggest investors have simply vanished from Ukrainian market.  If you compare real estate market of Kiev with New York’s one then you will notice that Ukrainian real estate market has fallen down 3 times faster and deeper. Prices for apartments and offices in the capital of Ukraine have fallen down 47% which seemed to be unbelievable only a year ago.

Let’s try to follow the tendency of the prices change. By summer time we can expect prices fall 20%-25% more. And what is going to happen in autumn?  Obviously more drastic fall… and then? We’ll see.
