Apartment management can be designed in various ways, all of which offers you (the owner) profitability without obligations. Two of our offered approaches are sub-lease and proportional gross revenue sharing. Both offer fantastic profit and return on investment potential.

Our company, as of March 2009 has 17 apartments under management in Kiev. The owners vary from various European investors to Americans who purchased investment property in Kiev and use it for summer stays, while renting it out the rest of the time. We also have properties which belong to wealthy locals who realize that the optimal return on their properties is via daily rent.

How much do you charge ?
Nothing. We pay you monthly - either a flat fee (based on a sublease) or a varying monthly amount, in which case we charge a percentage of the gross revenue thereby optimizing your income during busy periods and allowing you to participate in profit sharing.
I am interested in purchasing a property - how much can I expect in annual returns?
Obviously the annual return varies based on many factors. Currently, the market is ripe for purchases, with real estate prices having already returned to the 2005 year levels and still declining. However, it is safe to say that based on previous purchases of owners which currently work with us an annual net return of 10% is the average (cash flow). Annual returns of 20% have been reached in unusual circumstances.
