Select an apartment you wish to book. Most apartments allow for instant booking – just enter your trip details,
along with your payment information and receive accommodations confirmation instantly.
Other apartments require quick availability verification. In these cases, you will receive
availability confirmation usually within maximum of 2 hours if the booking is made during business hours.
Fill out the booking request form with the details of your booking. If the selected apartment allows for instant
booking, you will be asked to enter your contact information, along with your dates and then proceed to prepayment.
If the apartment requires availability verification, our manager
will get in touch with you within 2 hours of booking form receipt (if made between 9am and 9pm Ukrainian time) with confirmation of availability. In the event the apartment you selected
is not available – our manager will offer you similar apartments to choose from.
Please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders in the event you do not see our email.
If you wish to receive a phone call from our manager - you can check ‘contact me by phone’ box.
If you chose an apartment with instant booking ability, you will need to make a prepayment to finalize your reservation.
We require one night’s rent deposit for every 7 nights of stay. For example, if your stay is 14 nights – your advance payment will be 2 nights rent.
Payment can be made securely
via our payment page using any major credit card or PayPal. If you do not wish to make payment via these two methods we also offer payments by Western Union & Bank Transfer.
If you choose an apartment that requires availability check, our manager will be in touch with you via email within 2 hours (usually reply is sent within minutes of receiving your booking) with
payment instructions.
Once your payment is received – the apartment will be reserved for your dates and you will instantly receive confirmation of your
booking via email (in cases of instant booking). In cases where availability check is required, confirmation letters are sent within 12 hours of payment receipt.
Our confirmation
letter will contain all of your bookings details including but not limited to apartment’s address, arrival dates, flight information, check in instructions, etc.
We ask for you to
check the confirmation letter to assure that all information on it is correct.
